This is one of my favorite episodes of the year – I am sharing the top business lessons I learned in 2023. Although this is the fourth time I’ve recorded this type of episode, this year is the first time I’ve released it in the New Year, after I’ve gone through my goal setting process and what I want to achieve in this next quarter.
