Today, he’s on a mission to help companies avoid what he calls “the offshore team death trap” by offering a better, more human-centered way to hire globally.
Luis is the author of The Offshore Team Death Trap and creator of the REMOTE Intelligence Framework, a roadmap for companies seeking not just savings, but sustainability. He's based in Mexico City, married for 32 years, and remains a loyal (and long-suffering) Tottenham Hotspur supporter.
