As made evident in the title, Tyronne has risen from the ashes of his destroyed lungs (not covid related) and lives to podcast once more. Apart from celebrating our recovered brother we also delve deep into what brand of cooking pans we would most like to have sexual relations with. A-Money talks about his passionate love of Michael Phelps and we try, and fail to avoid discussing depressing topics.

This week (and most likely for a few more episodes) the 8AM Boys switch to remote podcasting (pandemics FTW), the production quality may drop a little but all the love is still there. We try to navigate the post Omicron world as best we can from the comfort of our own homes (with a distinct lack of sandwiches). If Tyronne lives we also discuss boring him to death with a hypothetical future Yu-Gi-Oh! card battle and how attractive Zac Efron is. Forget sweater weather, for the 8AM Boys it's the time of year we pull out the knit hats indoors when it gets cold. Nothing says professional more than looking like you judge how paying customers like their coffee at the third wave coffee shop you barista in. We recorded this a while ago and are only posting it now because, as we all know, the best content creators only sporadically put our new content. It's about quality not quantity.

We should have a Christmas episode out soon; so fret not, you'll be able to sit around the fire with family this holiday season and enjoy the calming and always family-friendly content of the 8AM Boys.

We don’t get sandwiches this week and pay dearly with overpriced and underwhelming pizza. Everything else doesn’t matter because what is this podcast if not an excuse to eat good food and fuck with A-Money’s food. Other than our crushing disappointment; we discuss Chinese food, broken penes, scammers, and have Max as a live (possibly captive) audience. The tax goblin also shows up uninvited to teach us about money.

This week, our favourite sandwich place tries to kill A-Money with rope. We get serious (as much as we can get at least) and discuss supermarket Prosciutto racism and the philosophical debate of "is bread a cake?".
