Franca, Jane and Anne from Sustainable Couture, a collective of Alice Springs textile and fashion designers that help produce distinctive fashion garments they have made from a fusion of embellished, recycled fabrics. Australian composer and instrumentalist Luke Howard has released new album ‘All Of Us’ with the innovative and genre-defying London-based label Mercury KX. Like all the residents of Melbourne, Luke Howard lived through the longest COVID-related lockdown in the world. Turning adversity into an artistic triumph, he forged a new album, his second solo record for Mercury KX and a new benchmark for the contemporary classical composer, pianist and Australian Music Prize nominee.

Leading Australian boxing trainer Paul Briggs. Paul talked to Big Brekky about his career and the boxing scene right now. Paul is a well known former Australian boxer. He was a highly ranked contender in the light heavyweight division. Over the course of 5 years, Briggs compiled a 23-1 (17 KO's) record, leading to a WBC No. 1 rating and a WBC Light Heavyweight World Championship fight against Tomasz Adamek, who at the time, had 28 wins and no losses.
