Anthony is a retired Police Officer from Michigan. He had the pleasure of serving 20 years in the City of Southfield, where he worked as a detective, patrol officer, FTO & hostage negotiator.

During his time on the job, Anthony was awarded numerous departmental citations and merits... Including being named, "Everyday Hero" by local TV station WDIV.  Since retiring in 2013, his entrepreneur side has blossomed into several businesses.  Anthony is the host of "The Off Duty Podcast" and he's the founder &CEO of the "Everyday Heroes Podcast Network", a network made up of several podcasts, hosted by first responders.

Sergeant Glenn Topping served 25 years on the Broward County Sheriff's Department.  He served as a hostage negotiator, bodyguard, organized crime detective and field supervisor.  He was even featured in the inaugural season of COPS!  All of this AFTER serving an MP in the Army and working security in a well known southern Florida nightclub.

Most people never become a first responder in one discipline, but Jeff Carrow achieved it in several different disciplines.  Told at a very young age he'd likely not live very long, he not only lived, but he achieved things he was told would never be possible.  Jeff overcame tremendous odds due to a rare birth defect.
