Shaya Hecht, LCSW is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Sara Schenirer social work program in collaboration with the Wurzweiler School of Social Work. Shaya is also a Psychotherapist who is the founder and director of H.I.P. Counseling Center in the New York area. His insights into dysregulation and trauma is aimed at creating an environment for patients to open up without initiating feelings of inadequacy and rejection.
