Music is healing and as they say it can soothe the savage beast. The month of May is Mental Health Awareness month and in thinking about this month and ways to cope with stress we thought about the healing aspects of music.
We hope you enjoy our discussion with Ash da Vet and Kea Renee from the Always on Key podcast. These queens love R&B and music in general. This was a fun loving but informative episode. You can find them on IG: @alwaysonkeypodcast.
Also, in honor of this episode and Mental Health Awareness month we dropped a playlist in conjunction with Always on Key podcast called Songs to Soothe on Apple Music and Spotify. Check out the linktree to find the playlist and everything Queens of Social Work.

In this episode we discuss Anger and Jealousy. We discuss it in a general sense and also in the context of relationships. A few questions we considered during this recording:
When people think of jealousy and anger what comes up first? What are some things that make you angry? Do you recall the last time you were angry? What is it trying to tell you? What are you doing about it? What does it mean to be jealous?
Jealousy doesn’t have to be a bad thing however envy can be destructive so it is important to self evaluate and see what is motivating us.
