Elly and V are back together, back on the mics, back sharing their stories, their sass, their truths and their magic with you in Episode 9 of Reclaiming Love.

Elly is back from Master Prac to share the updates on her recent energetic level up. (Oops, did we forget to tell you this was recorded at the end of 2023?)! Elly also quietly drops what she decided about the knife wielding, pasta making, open hearted guy we all affectionately know as Gym Guy. 

This powerhouse episode is all about choosing to see life as a game. The ladies invite you to step into your “main character energy”, delete any supporting characters that are no longer serving you and demolish any remaining “villians” from your story. Sometimes, it’s as easy as doing the damn thing! (You know that thing you know you need to do and haven’t yet done? Ya, that! Do that!) 

The gals also remind you that NOTHING is “real”, and to recognise that ALL beliefs are limiting beliefs, so choose yours carefully! Elly offers a tip to tap deeper into your intuition, learning to speak directly to your unconscious mind.

The work these empowered women do is shared and offered to you as a way to clear your energetic container, change core memories and beliefs and allow you to create a blank canvas for the next chapter of your life!

The framework of Values Levels takes the focus of this episode. This framework is shared in a detailed and personal way to help you make sense of the way we as humans develop and change through different cycles of life. The ladies offer this along with a reminder that you often gotta live it to learn it, and through their own self compassion, remind us all that gratitude and forgiveness can be offered to every past version of you. 

Elly then shares how all the work until now has led her to see how she can accelerate herself to the next level up, recreate new beliefs and create exactly what she wants for herself, her relationships and her life!
