If you love a narcissist, I feel your pain. Narcissists have this power whereby no matter what they do or say, you feel like it was your fault. Some of the things that happen in a relationship with a narcissist you wouldn't dare tell another person because it is just so unbelievably unbelievable! 

Narcs will lie through their back teeth to prove they are right. They would sooner pull the eye out of their own head and play table tennis with it than admit they were wrong. However, on the rare occasion if you do ever get to prove a narc wrong or even worse, get an apology you better watch out!!!!! They will dig even deeper now to try hurt you to even the playing field because they are ALWAYS keeping score and they refuse to lose. 

Getting an apology is the worst thing you can do to a narc (in their eyes) because you have gotten to the truth and narcs aren't interested in that. They are only interested in protecting themselves. Truth is kryptonite to a narc because they have to admit that they are wrong! Watch out here as it will just get a whole lot messed up!
