Robert and Katrina have Emma and Leo return for a heavy episode. We start off in a dark place and get Emma and Leo's take on A Clockwork Orange. We dive into fun topics like rape culture and psychological abuse. We also hit topics like anxiety and Katrina's Catholic School sex-ed curriculum. We eventually get to lighter topics like Katsucon. Emma and Leo talk about the cosplay that they did and they also completed their homework by watching What We Do in the Shadows. We finish up with the revival of urban legends and the new Pokemon game title.

Robert, Corey and Katrina have Brian join in an impromptu episode as the Padres score big with signing Manny Machado. Robert being a long time Padre fan gets on his soap box about his dislike of the perception that Nerds cannot be sports fans. Katrina bring up a situation that came up at Universal Studios over the weekend and Brian jumps off the deep end with Corey regarding shiny Pokemon. Corey finishing watching all the Harry Potter movies and has too many nitpicks on story continuity.

Robert kicks this episode off on a somber tone. Robert and Katrina had to put down their family dog of 14+ years and it really took a toll on the majority of the group. Corey resurfaces getting a homework assignment to watch "Sorry to Bother You". Robert, Corey, Katrina and guest Brian talk trailers that dropped including Aladdin, Frozen 2 and a little bit about Yesterday. We touch on the upcoming "What We Do In the Shadows" show and how Robert is trying to get his oldest to watch "Dark Knight" instead of starting with "Batman Begins". We dive a bit into the upcoming movie releases for the year and wedding party gifts. Katrina brings up the Chuck E Cheese pizza conspiracy floating around the web. We get into the importance of vaccinations and how awful a current Virginia lawmaker is.

Robert and Katrina get this Corey-less episode going with some new guests. Emma and Leo join us and talk about their upcoming trip to Katsucon. Anthony also joins in on the discussion. We talk a little Cosplay versus Dressing up and how Emma and Leo started down the Cosplay rabbit hole. We give our best guesses on casting for the next Batman while Robert puts out his plea to Kevin Smith to come on the podcast. We give the new guests some homework before Robert brings up a run in with Anthony at Target. Anthony gives a spoiler free run down on Kingdom Hearts III and we talk emotional attachments to video games. You also get an idea of a project coming down from the 9 to 5 Nerds umbrella.

Robert, Corey and Katrina have Eric and Anthony join in on this poop filled episode. Corey and Anthony cast their vote regarding female lead movies. Surprise surprise, they aren't fans. Anthony brings up his work-time bathroom adventure. We remember that Eric doesn't like much of anything. Robert explains a movie quest that he, Katrina and Alan are taking under the 9 to 5 Nerds umbrella.
