How do we look inside?

Get quiet, meditation

Get quiet, play with your inner thoughts in a quiet location

Get quiet, listen to your heart beat, be conscious of your breath, follow it

Get quiet, ask a question inside your head, and wait for the answer. Don't judge the answer, just listen to it and allow the thoughts/answers to flow
