Belinda Robinson and Felecia Tappenden are the two Sydney mums who created Long Lashes, the safe alternative to eyelash growth serums and turned it into a lucrative business that saw them make six figures in their first six months and million dollar projections in their second year which now hosts distributors across the world.

After successfully cementing a loyal following of raving fans here in Australia, they have set their sights to China, a country renowned as a highly competitive market. With 5 kids in toes, after just four months, several obstacles and countless sleepless nights, their persistence has paid off with an astounding increase in sales and forecasted projections.

Today the three of us explore the complexities of startup business, expanding beyond the Australian market and how to navigate culturally and linguistically through the process and the incredible increase and growth their business has experienced internationally.

Aside from this, the women can give incredible insight into the research and product development side of a product, and also what it's like to take on an industry and competitors that knowingly sell toxic products to customers.
