The crap comedies continue with 1993's "Mr. Nanny" starring Hulk Hogan in an incredibly challenging role to tackle: a former wrestler.

There was a period in the late 90's and aughts when Disney brought us several live action adaptations of cartoons no one had much affinity for.  They would continue this practice 15 or so years later with their own movies, but before THAT...there was "Inspector Gadget" starring Matthew Broderick and Rupert Everett (AND his face!)

The "Westworld" franchise begins HERE with THIS movie written and directed by Michael Crichton and NOT as a book, which seems...almost wrong?  We're talking the 1973 original movie starring James Brolin and Yul Brynner.

Jer and Dan kick off the new year with Sacha Baron Cohen's "Bruno" directed by Larry Charles, the less necessary follow-up to the much more successful "Borat."

It's Christmas.  You've earned a little bonus.  Jer and Dan discuss the third entry in the H&K trilogy: "A Very Harold and Kumar 3D Christmas," which is surprisingly good for a third entry/Christmas departure.

On our final episode of 2022, Ken Palmer joins us to talk about what WOULD have been a 90 Under 90 RIGHT NOW episode, if only Jer had been in a better headspace.  "Beavis and Butt-head Do the Universe" (upgrading from just America) in a movie that kinda scores, even if it doesn't feel as cinematic as its predecessor.

Megan Easter joins us to talk about the original, minimally-musical "The Producers" from 1967? '68? It's debatable apparently!

"Mr. Show with Bob and David" was a great alternative sketch comedy show from the mid 90's.  The spin-off movie "Run Ronnie Run" from 2002, directed by Troy Miller, is not.  So Sam Carr joins us to talk about David Cross's version of Joe Dirt.

Jer and Dan missed the boat on the 1987 movie "The Monster Squad" directed by Fred Dekker, and thus they have no nostalgia for it.  Ian Simmons joins us to talk about the good and the bad of "The Avengers" of its time.
