It's been a long time coming, but here is the dramatic conclusion to our best of 1990 round-up, and we're down to the heavy hitters - Worst Film, Most Memorable Moment, MVP of 1990, and The 90s Movie Pod's Top Ten Films of 1990.

It all comes down to this – it’s a very special end of 1990 episode for the 90s Movie Pod, where we round up our highlights, lowlights and lambada lights on 1990. Join us as we assess the films of the year while asking the big questions: is Best of the Best the worst case of false advertising since The Neverending Story? Which is harder to watch: Die Hard 2 or Hard to Kill? And just how fabulous are these Baker Boys? We count down our top ten films of year while also crowning the year’s Shittiest Kid, Worst Yuppie and Most Memorable hair along the way. Clarisse Loughrey joins Paul, Adam and Daz on another 90s Movie Pod, and against all odds we’ve made it to the business end of 1990, so let’s get down to business – vampire business to be precise, as Nicolas Cage bugnuts his way around Manhattan in the insane yuppie fever dream Vampire’s Kiss. Then we check in on some practically and grammatically irresponsible parents and their diminutive offspring in kids blockbuster Honey I Shrunk the Kids, before watching Alex Baldwin and Fred Ward as the butt heads who buttheads in low life crime comedy Miami Blues. Finally we review a micro-budget Marvel movie to test even the truest believers, as the award-watching creative team behind Lambada and Cyborg combine to produce the original and still the first feature length Captain America film, Captain America.

Cowabunga dudes - finally we stop messing about and get stuck into the nineties proper with Leonardo (leader), Donatello (brains), Michaelangelo (hyper), and Raphael (emo). Joining us to tuck into this week's proverbial pizza of 90s nostalgia (with extra cheese) is Proper Radio Person Clarisse Loughrey, as we also take in daft comic book classic Darkman, supernatural MTV nonsense Flatliners, and bizarre cop thriller Blue Steel.

Time for another thumbstravaganza as we go in on another astonishing slate of 90s movies. Expect robotic cops, sub-GCSE French, incongrorous tyre screeches and a reverie for the Fish Prince of Lichenstein along the way.

Our summer of love(ly 90s films) over and done with, we head into the autumn of 1990 excited to finally get an audience with our spiritual king Jean Claude Van Damme. Just because we've had a brief hiatus doesn't mean we skimp on the hardcore 90s nostalgia either, with long, ill-advised tangents on Kelly Brook, Robson and Jerome, and Robot Wars for you to look forward to.

Wow - we've interviewed the real life Mario Kassar, producer of TERMINATOR 2, FIRST BLOOD, CLIFFHANGER and loads more, about him gifting Arnie a private jet and the lack of good action stars these days.
