This week we're chatting all things butt stuff! Let's be honest, our little old behinds go through a bit during pregnancy and postpartum, but it's not often spoken about.

In this episode we interview Dr Jason Kong from Downthere Healthcare to discuss common perianal conditions including haemorrhoids, anal fissures, prolapse, anal itching, anal sex and so much more!

Jason shares his own personal experiences with us and gives us some great tips on dealing with these common issues. There seems to be a lot of shame associated with these medical conditions, so we want to open up the chat to bring light to some very normal occurrences and normalise a bit of butt stuff!
