Jennifer Perrine’s book The Body is no Machine(New Issues, 2007) won the 2008 Devil’s Kitchen Reading Award. She also won the 2008 Lodge Poetry Award. She teaches at Drake University, where she runs the Writers and Critics Series.

Susan Stringfellow has been published in an anthology by a Pittsburg, Texas Press and has an MFA from Carlow University where she completed her manuscript Lathered Mouth. She teaches at Point Park University.
