Adam's other stop on the Boone tour was at Lost Province Brewing Co, where he (and, once again, Dave Haydysch of MJLC) enjoyed beers, food, and conversation with owners Andy and Lynne Mason. Among some of the topics were the importance of beer, food, and service in Lost Province's brewpub model, as well as the importance of naming their beers.
