The food guest this week is Josh Sattin from Sattin Hill Farm. Josh operates this no-till farm in Raleigh, which grows vegetables, and prepares locally-sourced food products for Fullsteam Brewery in Durham.
The beer guest this week is Sean Lilly, owner and operator, Fullsteam Brewery in Durham. Sean founded “Pop the Cap” and “Permit Beer”, two lobbying organizations that helped develop and promote the craft beer industry in North Carolina.
During the interview, Sean refers to Fullsteam’s Rocket Science IPA, their Southern Basil Ale, and talks about Fullsteam's brewery and kitchen in the Warehouse District in downtown Durham.
