Joe Ovies, Adam Eshbaugh, and Wayne Holt host this week, and welcome Jennifer Kolarov, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Neuse River and Brewing Company and Brasserie in Raleigh. They brought in falafels, hummus, tabouli salad, and the panel talked about some of the entrees they sampled like the duck breast, pork shank and roasted chicken plates. They brought in La Belge aDoree, a Belgian Golden Ale; Bobbi Brune, a Belgian Brown Ale; Saturday Morning, a New England IPA; and their Stratosphere, a New England style hazy IPA.
