Joe Ovies, Adam Eshbaugh, and Wayne Holt host this week, and welcome Scott McWhorter and Chris Burns from Wise Man Brewing in Winston-Salem. Scott is the Director of Sales and Distribution; and Chris Burns is the Triangle Area Sales Manager. They brought in the Wise Man Scholar’s Dream: Strawberry Rhubarb Berliner Weisse, and they referred to their Blackberry Raspberry Tropical Shirts Berliner, and their Full Current, a Blackberry Boysenberry Gose. Then, they tried the Wise Man Rustic Pease Kolsch and the Wise Man Sweet Shade IPL, an American Lager. After that, they have an open discussion of children and dogs being allowed at breweries, and the parameters that should be observed. Then, they sampled the Wise Man BBA Merry World Breakfast Stout. And, Wise Man will host Oktoberfest on Saturday, September 21st and 22nd in Winston-Salem.
