92. Accepting our Season of Life

Last week I had a bit of a meltdown because I felt like I was in limbo land - my feet half in a lot of areas and unable to really commit to something. 


I sat down to work out what was going on with me, and realised that this is the season of life I’m in and I need to be able to accept that. 


In this episode I’m sharing with you the process I went through to accept my season and how you can support yourself to do the same. 


Accepting Your Season of Life

  1. Acknowledge what your season of life is. Acknowledge that there will be actions of yours that led you to this season. 
  2. Make a list of why you’re in this season and all of the benefits / things you’re grateful for
  3. Make a list of what you wish was different
  4. Figure out a compromise
  5. Accept that this is just a season and you are okay. And if you really don’t like where you’re at, make the changes.
