Winnipeg was shaken last weekend when one of its own, RCMP Const. Allan Poapst was killed in a traffic accident while on duty. He was a St. James boy, and the lifelong best friend of drummer Brent Fitz (Toque, Gene Simmons, Alice Cooper, Slash). The two had spoken by phone on the afternoon of the crash. I caught up with Fitzy to help us learn about Const. Poapst as a guy, and as the huge Jets and Bombers fan that he was.

Roger Daltrey is as cranky as Pete. He's pissed at that bonus tracks were included in the new album. Cult/GnR drummer Matt Sorum might have the best rock bio coming in 2020, the Motley stadium tour adds a Minny date, and Sebastian Bach adds crucial (and hilarious) info to the poster for his upcoming tour.
