今回(こんかい)も友達(ともだち)のちゅうぞうと話(はな)しました。ちゅうぞうは二人(ふたり)の娘(むすめ)をもつ母(はは)ですが、お母さん(おかあさん)として、そして社会(しゃかい)の一員(いちいん)として、仕事(しごと)と育児(いくじ)を両立(りょうりつ)できないかと、長年(ながねん)模索(もさく)しながら職場(しょくば)を転々(てんてん)と変(か)えてきた人(ひと)です。様々(さまざま)な内容(ないよう)の仕事(しごと)を経験(けいけん)してきたちゅうぞうだから話(はな)せる、私たち(わたしたち)の知(し)らない仕事(しごと)のいろんな裏話(うらばなし)をたくさん教(おし)えてもらいました。子ども(こども)との時間(じかん)も守(まも)りながらも、社会(しゃかい)の一員(いちいん)となり働(はたら)く、母(はは)の鏡(かがみ)のようなちゅうぞうの、笑(わら)えて、勉強(べんきょう)にもなるエピソード(えぴそーど)です。
