This two part episode is all about my coaching certification journey that I did through The Life Coach School. I dive into all about how I began my journey, how I found out about life coaching, how I went from being life coached to becoming I life coach. I cover it all!

At first I was resistant to the idea of becoming a life coach due to time and money constraints. It ended up costing me $21,000! But I decided to go ahead and trust the process and it is one of the best decisions I've ever made. On this episode, I go over what I learned through the certification process, including tools like self coaching, emotion processing, mindset strategies and so much more.

While this was a very large investment, it was totally worth worth it because it has helped transform my life and allowed me to help others through coaching. The opportunity to coach and help you and the teacher community has made the investment 100% worth it!
