You've probably heard other trainers talking about "excuses" and how "everyone has the same 24hrs in the day".   

This is not what this episode is about but sometimes we make the task so great we never even start    

Time is something that I hear regularly from people as the reason they cannot exercise or eat "well" 

So today I wanted to talk about things we can do to fit it into our busy schedules   I talk about how we don't need to be doing marathon gym sessions and a few short sessions a week is better than none at all   

How planning is important when you are time-poor 

How meal prepping can just be making a bigger dinner so you have something for the next day   

That its the little changes that make the big differences over time 

And that breaking down your goal can make it look less daunting   

Remember you do not need to overhaul your life all at once, because often when we try to do this we end up back at square one
