In May 2022, police in Minnesota pulled over a vehicle with a blown tyre and shattered back windshield. Officers could not have imagined that a routine traffic stop would turn into a  investigation, following the discovery of a boy’s mutilated remains in the boot of the car. The manner of his death was horrific, and the identity of his killer, shocking.
