It can sometimes be really difficult to work out what your little bub needs when they're not at an age to communicate it themselves. Hearing your baby cry can also be very triggering and stressful, especially if it goes on for a while!
In this week's episode we interview the amazing Doctor Sarah, a Paediatrician who chats to us about reasons why our babies might be crying.
We discuss things like colic, reflux and gas, what level of crying is "normal" and what different cues to look out for to try and determine the cause. We also discuss when to seek further medical help or guidance.

Mum Life Moments:
Emma's had a rough day and is trying to dodge the plague going around her house. Matt has come down with a case of the man flu and can't even close a door. Not sure if it's pregnancy hormones or what, but today can eat a d!ck.
In complete contrast, Hannah had the best day because she went to her first ever wiggles concert and LOVED IT! Definitely had more fun than the kids and even managed to take a sneaky video of the "hot wiggle" which he shared on his instagram page, LOL!
