Today I am again joined by Frank Benton who was once charged with attempted murder charges! A night at the bar turns out terrible and life changing for Frank.  When it came down to serving time in prison he did 5 years in prison. Frank explains how he survived during his time in prison. Since he has been free he has been doing a lot of great things including starting his own business.
