Denise Cole (pronouns: she/her) is the SHIELD Project Coordinator at the Labrador Friendship Centre in Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL. As a Two Spirit Inuk-Settler, Denise holds herself responsible to support youth and Elders. She is also volunteers with Lawrence O’Brien Arts Centre, Safe Alliance (LGBTQQ2S+ supports), Labrador Creative Arts Festival and Grand Riverkeeper Labrador.
