What influences you?  What moves you forward?  Why do you act the way you act?  Can you change it?  Adjust it?  Influence it?  What about our children?  What impact are you having?  What is your influence?  It's good to think about the impact you are having on your children.  It's good to stop and process what they are learning from what you are doing.  Know they are watching.  Know they are listening.  Know they are taking it in.  This is a reminder to think about... influence.
