Cs: V Praze, pod krásným slunečným nebem, zářil Karlův most jako perla na řece Vltavě.
En: In Prague, under a beautiful sunny sky, Charles Bridge shimmered like a pearl on the Vltava River.

Cs: Kolem se shromažďovali turisté a místní lidé.
En: Tourists and locals were gathering all around.

Cs: V davu byli i Jana, Petr a jejich syn Lukáš.
En: Among the crowd were Jana, Petr, and their son Lukáš.

Cs: Bylo to výjimečné ráno, protože slavili Petrův narozeniny.
En: It was a special morning because they were celebrating Petr’s birthday.

Cs: Jana měla v ruce košík s jídlem a pitím.
En: Jana held a basket of food and drinks.

Cs: "Připravila jsem malý piknik na mostě," řekla s úsměvem.

Cs: volal, když našel lavičku s výhledem na Pražský hrad.

Cs: Když déšť konečně ustal, vrátili se k lavičce a pokračovali v oslavě.
En: When the rain finally ended, they returned to the bench and continued their celebration.

Cs: Slunce se brzy vrátilo a znovu osvítilo Karlův most.
En: The sun soon reappeared and once again illuminated Charles Bridge.

Cs: Jana, Petr a Lukáš si užili zbytek dne sledováním lodí na Vltavě a procházkou po historických ulicích.
