Jessica Denise Dickson (she/her/hers) is a life empowerment coach who believes that when Black women heal, the world heals. She believes that the path to personal and collective healing comes through embodying our Enneagram and liberation work.
In this episode, Tee-Ta Walker, Tiffany Scott, and Jessica Dickson explore anti-racism, healing, and how the Enneagram informs the work Jessica does to educate and heal trauma. An incredibly informative hour with no stone left unturned. You might want to pay particular attention to the discussion about white tears and “being a good white girl.”

Now, she runs her own coaching business and contracts with organizations to support their antiracism and personal/professional work.
Our regular guest Pamela Davis of the Well Done Life Podcast joined us to talk about the recent Kamala Harris comment that “America is not a racist country but the nation must speak the truth about its history with racism” on ABC News, "Good Morning America".
Pamela was not surprised, Tiffany was surprised and Tee-Ta was up in arms. Pamela shares some deeper issues arising from politicians and her thoughts on how we can move toward healing and ending racism, while Tee-Ta has a 'Tee-Ta Moment.'

Pheweeee, Tee-Ta, and Tiffany dive into popular topics of the moment. The spotlight being shone on the Bachelor’s racist undertones, tokenism, and prominent white slant. In the recent interview by Oprah with Meghan and Harry, everyone is talking about how history hasn’t changed, racism exhaustion, and lynching laws. Once again Tee-Ta Walker and Tiffany Scott cover the gamut.
The quote Tiffany was trying to find by Martin Luther King Jr to share with you on the show:
“We will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.”

Pamela Davis joined Tee-Ta Walker and Tiffany Scott for some ‘real talk’ about the recent Valentine’s Day post by the United Nations that caused a huge uproar with black women.
They took the post down after getting backlash from what seemed like a well-intentioned attempt at showing diversity with a very disappointing outcome that screamed no black women at the advisory table (yet again) when the post was released.
Tee-Ta, Pam, and Tiffany all share their different points (yes black women’s points of view versus white women’s perspective) and dive deep in the effects of what can be mistaken as small oversight, which is in fact, hugely triggering and damaging.
