I have known Eric for almost 40 years from the day he arrived in Hong Kong, sang the Marseillaise and then ate his wine glass. I kid you not. From Hong Kong he moved on to Australia, the Caribbean and then back to France in the business of 'cooperage' - the creation and re-conditioning of oak barrels in which all that lovely wine sits for months before being bottled and drunk. Eric is not one to shy away from a challenge and having sold his cooperage business he entered the world of mind (or mental) coaching coinciding with an era in which the power of the mind came to be more highly valued by elite executives and athletes across all disciplines.
