Libby has been a national on-air television personality for over 15 years with appearances on ShopNBC, Shop-At-Home and The Food Network. She was the youngest ever nominee for the prestigious position of Poet Laureate of South Carolina following the release of her poetry book A Winning Heart. Libby is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and was a contestant in the Miss America and Miss USA programs.

Monsters devour books in a variety of ways, but first the monster teacher has to convince her monster students to sample books from the book buffet!

Mary Monaghan's roots are in Ireland. She lives in Cape Town, South Africa and travels frequently to Europe and the United States.

As well as being a writer she is a speaker and also facilitates change and leadership development interventions. She has a passion for helping people develop themselves to be the very best they can be.

Mary is the author of Remember Me? (Melkbosstrand, South Africa: Tortoise Press, 2006), which she has adapted into a screenplay and Who Do You Belong To? (Melkbosstrand, South Africa: Tortoise Press, 2010).

While John Valeri is as yet not an author, he oes know a lot about authors and books writing at the Hertford Book Examiner.

He s a twenty-something aspiring writer who has been carrying on a lifelong love affair with books. He is proud to say that the (written) words do indeed get in the way.

At the age of ten, Jennifer Archer made up her mind to become a writer. Then she grew up, became “sensible,” and earned a business degree with a minor in accounting instead. After years of trying to find her way through a confusing maze of debits and credits she realized that, for her, accounting was no more sensible than becoming a World Federation wrestler. So in 1993, she enrolled in a creative writing class, and five years later, sold her first novel. Since then, Jennifer has published several novels for adults, as well as numerous non-fiction works.

Jennifer has been a finalist twice for RWA’s Golden Heart award and in 2006 was a finalist for the prestigious Rita Award and a nominee for a Romantic Times Bookclub Magazine Reviewer’s Choice Award. Her debut Young Adult novel, THROUGH HER EYES, was an April, 2011 release from Harper Teen. She has taught creative writing and has presented numerous talks and workshops for educators, students, writers' organizations and bookstores.

Becoming a young parent Michael chose the fast

life to provide for his family. After a drastic incident,

which led Michael to serve 3 1/2 years in prison, he

was able to recollect on his childhood memories

and began writing his debut novel entitled "The

Holy City"...first of a trilogy

When Kathryn was thirteen years old, her mother sent her to New York City over the summer to visit her grandmother, who was a science fiction author. After seeing how her grandmother could make the characters in her books into whomever she wanted, Kathryn decided that she, too, wanted to become a writer someday. Years later, after teaching elementary school, and taking many classes, she now writes full time. Her new book "A Diamonf\d In The Desert" has already won several awards and has it's film rites sold. Looks like it could be a great show

Claude Berube is the author of, "The Aden Effect," which is his debut book that will be published on 15 October by Naval Institute Press.

Murder, politics, seapower, Middle East instability, and intrigue in the White House are all part of this action thriller. Set against a background of modern piracy in the Gulf of Aden, the story begins as the new Ambassador to Yemen, C.J. Sumner, is assigned to negotiate access to the oil fields off the island of Socotra and enlist help countering pirates who are capturing ships at will off the Horn of Africa. Meeting with resistance to her diplomatic overtures, Sumner recruits Connor Stark, a former naval officer turned mercenary who knows the region, as her defense attaché. When Stark sets up a meeting with the owner of a Yemeni shipping company and the ruling family, the challenges begin.

Having a son of that age bracket myself I know how hard it is to find something that age group would like to read, but in the case of "One Time" I think Marcia has hit that requirement

She has been recognized for her writing by the Scripps Howard Foundation, the Hearst Journalism Awards, The Idaho Press Club and the Society for Professional Journalists.

“The Color of Snow,” the story of the discovery of a 16-year-old girl who went missing as a baby when she was stolen from her crib, is just the latest novel from Stanley. It’s her first, however, to be released only in digital format.
