A Broken World

This week I was joined by Local councillor for Blairgowrie and the Glens, Caroline Shiers. We talked about everything from how the local council is dealing with the COVID crisis to the difference between the Scottish Conservatives to the UK Conservatives.

I really enjoy this chats with people from different ends of the political spectrum so I hope you enjoy.

This week I was joined by my good friend, Dominic Mullins, from Tampa Florida. We sat down to discuss the situation in America right now with the Killing of George Floyd by a police officer. Dom is from a half black, half white household so has a different perspective on the situation and has also recently seen some of the protests first hand in Florida while travelling to work.

Nicki is the host of the podcast Chasing Cosby and author of the book by the same name where she investigated the crimes of Bill Cosby for over 15 years we sat down to discuss the story around this incredible book and podcast.

This week I was joined by my good friend all the way Florida, Chuck Vincent. Chuck and I are from very different ends of the political scale so we sat down to discuss those differences including Trump, Guns, Freedom of Speach and COVID19 amongst other things.

This week I was joined by Actor, Andy Clark. Andy is from my hometown in Blairgowrie. You may have seen him in Rivercity where he played Dr. Michael Brodie.

We sat down to discuss what it takes to become an actor and what Andy's journey has been like.

This week I was joined by local musician, Bob Stewart. Anyone who sees much live music in pubs around Scotland may be familiar with Bob and his performances of all kinds of music from Folk to classic rock.

We sat down to discuss his career as a musician and how COVID19 is effecting his profession and him personally.

This week I was joined by Michael Scott Moore, author of The Desert and The Sea - 977 Days Captive On The Somali Pirate Coast. Michael has an incredible story to tell. He was held hostage by Somali pirates for almost 3 years. We sat down to discuss the story and how it has affected him.

This week I was joined by Dr Saskia Popescu, who has a PHD in biodefence and is an epidemiologist and infectious disease preventionist. She joined me to discuss the COVID19. She was kind enough to join me to discuss everything COVID19 from what we should be doing to protect our selves and others to how bad it really is.

This week I was joined by Paul Beckford from the No 3rd Runway Coalition who campaign to stop the 3rd runway at Heathrow being built for a whole host of reasons. We sat down to discuss the different issues surrounding the runway.
