On this episode of A Brothers Creed Podcast we chat with Matt Domyancic who is a retired Police officer, former SWAT member, police academy instructor, collegiate strength coach trainer, and Chaplin. Matt works primarily with first responders to help them deal with the stresses of their occupation and deal with some of the trauma they may face. In this episode Matt shares with us some of his personal story of being forcibly medically retired form the police force and what tools and methods he used to get through his own personal struggle. We talk about some of the ways we as men can build up our own support networks and be vulnerable enough to seek help when we need it.
