In early September 2005, 17-year-old Taylor Behl, a Virginia Commonwealth University freshman, disappeared from the Richmond campus. A police investigation eventually uncovered her association with Ben Fawley, a 38-year-old man who confessed to having sex with Taylor. “48 Hours" correspondent Erin Moriarty reports.
