Because it´s the new year, I wanted to talk with you about setting goals today.

Goals are great because they provide a clear direction, they motivate, they keep you on track. But goals can be tricky too because they can feel rigid, add pressure, feel overwhelming - and the pandemic certainly adds some complexity on top of that.

So in case you feel hesitant to set goals - generally, or particularly this year when things still feel uncertain I am sharing 5 ideas of how you can set goals without setting goals with you in this episode. So you know your direction for this year and can take consistent steps towards what you want and need in your life!
