Mark understood the gospel "from a child". However, it was in his 20's that he felt God challenged him to recognize that he had been steering his life in his own direction. Being challenged by God to authentically follow Christ, Mark underwent a significant change.

Today, he feeds his family by farming in Manitoba, and has established a ministry dedicated to distributing Good and Evil comic books to Canadian prisons.
