In June, 2023 The MirYam Institute brought close to fifty U.S. and Canadian Military Cadets to Poland and to Israel for the annual Israel Strategy & Policy Tour (I-SAP).

All of the participants will go on to serve as officers in their respective militaries and to deploy throughout the world.

After a three day tour of the Nazi Death Camps in Poland, the delegation traveled on for a twelve day tour of the Jewish state.

Minister Amichai Chikli currently serves as Minister Of Diaspora Affairs in Israel’s governing coalition. A member of the Likud party, Minister Chikli hosted our delegation at his offices in Jerusalem.

I-SAP prides itself on presenting a broad range of perspectives to the delegates for their consideration, from within the bounds of mainstream, Israeli opinion.

In this recording, you’ll hear my conversation with the minister, followed by questions from the cadets.
