Rich was born and raised just east of St. Louis Missouri and holds a BA in Missions and Bible from Central Bible College, a BA in Rescue Missions from City Vision College and a Master of Leadership degree from Northeastern State University. Rich is married to Cara Schaus and they have three children and four grandchildren. He is a former United States Army Field Artillery Captain the author of Hero Quest.
This is a fascinating conversation about Rich's leadership journey and the unique challenges and triumphs of working with the most vulnerable in our society.
