What are you doing to build your counseling practice as times are changing?
A therapy practice today is very different than practice 20 years ago. I want to share with you strategies that you can practice and implement to help you improve and level up your counseling private practice.
Start a blog. Yes, you already know this. Yet are you doing it? If you are, is it an effective blog? To level up your blog, take time to create superior content, link to high-ranking websites, use video to support your reader and infographics such as infographics.
Marketing today is completely different than it used to be. One of those key differences Is the funnel system. Do you have a funnel system for your counseling private practice?
Below is a simple 2 part funnel system that you can start practicing today:
Step 1. The call to action.
Create an Instagram ad with a picture of the product. On the ad, spend time writing a quick description of the product and why it will help your ideal client. Typically, this can be a few paragraphs long.
When creating the copy for your ad, take time to:
- Utilize bullet points.
- Focus on speaking to your ideal client.
- Have a consistent font
- Have spacing in your words and line to make it easier to read.
This ad should have a button on it so that when your ideal client clicks on it, they are taken to step 2. The sales page.
Step 2. The sales page.
I like to treat the sales page as if It were two people hanging out with a potential buyer and sharing details of the product. The sales page can also be known as the key landing page that you want the user to be on when making certain decisions. Such as purchasing a course or registering for a counseling session.
The landing page is where the person goes after the click on the Facebook ad. The landing page should be detailed and include some of the below key points: credibility focused on your expertise, how counseling can help, a call to action such as a schedule button, and other key points that can help the person make the decision to schedule a counseling session with you.
Below are key points to include on your sales page:
- A detailed description of the product.
- Pictures of the product.
- If possible, a video sharing the product so that the buyer can have an inside look.
