Our point of reference today is Second Peter chapter two and verses one through three. It sends out the call to, “Beware of False Teachers.” In Matthew chapter seven Jesus says, “Watch out for false prophets.They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves.” Today pastor John points out that these false teachers are very much around today, even in the so-called Progressive Movement.

In the Tribulation period the world will be at a place where it esteems commercialism and materialism higher than the voice of God. And doesn’t that sound familiar to our day? God will eventually say enough is enough, and destroy this commercial system. There are quite a number of religions in the world today. Actually there are only two belief systems in this world – belief in Jesus, or belief in a false religion.
