One of the reasons that so many of us are so tired, is that we’re not living our lives the way God intended. Look at Adam and Eve. Everything was just fine, until they turned their backs on God. The moment they did that, life became, well ? seriously hard work!

So many people in this world are so ? tired. Exhausted. And it doesn’t matter how clever you are, how emotionally resilient you and how strong you might be ? when you’re tired, you’re just not functioning at your best. When you’re tired, you’re simply not enjoying life.
