Curt Collins is the author and researcher behind Blue Blurry lines, a website devoted to reinvestigating the 1980 Cash/Landrum UFO case. After retiring from a long career in retail management, Curt began his work on the mysteries and legends associated with UFOs, and more recently was part of the Roswell Slides Research Group. Curt lives deep in the southern United States, near Jackson, Mississippi.

David Halperin taught Judaic studies in the Department of Religious Studies at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill until his retirement in 2000. MICHAEL W. HALL, J.D., “The Paranormal Lawyer,” is an attorney, Doctor of Jurisprudence and former Superior Court Judge Pro Tem. Certified Mediator, and the founding partner of The Hall Law Firm, P.S. Michael received his Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in 1976 from the Edward R. Murrow College of Communications at Washington State University (in Broadcast-Journalism) and his Doctor of Jurisprudence (in just two years) from Southwestern Law School (in Los Angeles in 1987). He has taught legal seminars and conflict management courses for the Washington State Bar Association and The Boeing Management Association, and currently maintains a general legal and estate-planning practice in Seattle, Washington, where he also finds time to serve as pro bono legal counsel for various local and national non-profit organizations.

As an experienced UFO Field Investigator for the Aerial Phenomena Research Organization (APRO, 1974), Hall is a long-time consultant to the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON, 1995) and the attorney of record for the National UFO Reporting Center (NUFORC, 1995) and National Aviation Reporting Center on Anomalous Phenomena (NARCAP, 1999). An ‘Experiencer’ himself, Michael has also represented such noted Ufologists and Researchers as Grant Cameron, Chief Petty Officer Kevin Day (Ret.), Peter Davenport, Dr. Richard Haines and Dr. James Harder.

Bob Koford, 61 years old and has been with the US Postal Service for 36+ years and is very interested in the UFO subject since he was a young boy

He has read through a lot of files from the UFO program and after several years of research has found, essentially what he was looking for: in the form of ADC 45-5 for 6 February 1948 and 25 March 1948 and Air Force Regulation\SAC Directive 200-1 for 25 March 1948. These are just two examples, though they demonstrate the importance placed on the flying disc subject, they also reinforce the 25 March date.

Several historic incidences seem to corroborate the claims of a disc landing, in New Mexico, on 25 March 1948.

Grew up in Seattle Washington and attended Washington and State University; graduating in 1963 with a degree in Physical Science.

Served five years active duty in the Air Force, and then served the remainder of the time in reserves, for a total of sixteen years. This was enough time for me to keep my commission and retire without benefits. I was stationed for a year at Fairchild AFB as a Deputy Crew Commander with the Atlas missile system (1965), and three years at Minot AFB with the Minuteman system.

After active duty, employed at Hamilton Standard (Division of United Technologies) in Connecticut as Senior Experiential Engineer and project manager for the development of Air Force Manned Orbiting Laboratory (MOL) and Apollo astronaut backpacks.

In 1970 began a 32-year career as a Data Systems Analyst for two major companies in Seattle Washington. And retired in 2002.

In 2005 I revealed the UFO incident I was involved with at Minot AFB in 1966. I was discovered by Robert Hastings in 2010 and appeared with Robert Salas at the Citizens Hearing on Disclosure in 2013.

Married, with a combined family of four children, eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

Peter Davenport, Director of the National UFO Reporting Center since July 1994, was born in St. Louis, Missouri, where he lived to the age of 14.

Peter received his undergraduate education at Stanford University in California, where he earned bachelor’s degrees in both Russian and biology, and a translator’s certificate in Russian.

His graduate education was completed at the University of Washington in Seattle, where he earned an M.S. degree in the genetics and biochemistry of fish from the College of Fisheries, as well as an M.B.A. degree in finance and international business from the Graduate School of Business.

Peter has worked as a college instructor, a commercial fisherman, a Russian translator in the Soviet Union, a fisheries observer aboard Soviet fishing vessels, a flight instructor (gliders), and a businessman. Peter was the founding president of a Seattle-based biotechnology company, which, at one time, employed over 300 scientists and technicians.

Peter has had an active interest in the UFO phenomenon from his early boyhood. He experienced his first UFO sighting over the St. Louis municipal airport in the summer of 1954, and he investigated his first UFO case during the summer of 1965 in Exeter, New Hampshire. In addition, Peter has been witness to several anomalous events, possibly UFO related, including a dramatic sighting over Baja California in February 1990, and several nighttime sightings over Washington State during 1992. His most recent sighting occurred over Eastern Washington in October 2011.

In addition to being the Director of the National UFO Reporting Center, Peter is a current member of MUFON, and is a former Co-State Section Director (King County), and former Director of Investigation, for the Washington State chapter of MUFON.

Tom Whitmore has been interested in UFOs since the 1960s and has been a MUFON board member since 1995. Recently retired from his career as a financial analyst, Tom has moved to Silver Spring Maryland in order to be close to the National Archives, the Library of Congress and other resources in the Washington DC area. Tom’s special interest is the history of the MJ-12 affair. He focuses on the 35-year history of questioned documents and claims that have come into the public domain, as well as stories of UFO crash retrievals and government/agency involvement in the UFO community.

Kenneth Dudley, who is retired, has investigated the October 1973 UFO wave because of his own sighting at the Utah Launch complex. He has made reports to the National UFO Reporting Center, MUFON, Congressman Ron Paul, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, the FBI, Texas Homeland Security and several other government agencies. He says that Disclosure is his goal. He wants to end the cover up.

He writes, “I know more than anyone else in the UFO world about what has happened and this is a national security issue… The public must be informed.

He suggests that his field of expertise is military intelligence and UFOs.
