John Burroughs served twenty-seven years in the United States Air Force, both on active duty and in the Reserve, as a law enforcement flight chief, supervisor, patrolman and a K-9 handler. His many deployments include Operation Iraqi Freedom and he has provided security for the president of the United States. He is one of the co-authors of Encounter in Rendlesham Forest along with Nick Pope and Jim Penniston.

Charles I. Halt is a retired United States Air Force colonel and former base commander of RAF Bendwaters, near Woodbridge, Suffolk, England. After serving in Vietnam, Japan and Korea, he was assigned to Bentwaters as deputy commander. The Rendlesham Forest incident of late December 1980 happened shortly afterwards.

After retiring from the Air Force in 1991, Halt made his first public appeared in a television documentary, where he confirmed the authenticity of the event and of a letter and tape that had surfaced about the events. In June 2010, Halt issued an affidavit in which he summarized the events and concluded, “I believe the objects that I saw at close quarter were extraterrestrial in origin and that the security services of both the United States and the United Kingdom have attempted – both then and now – to subvert the significance of what occurred at Rendlesham Forest and RAF Bendwaters by the use of well-practiced methods of disinformation.”

His book, The Halt Perspective was published in2016 tells the story of his sighting in detail, as well as providing important information about other aspects of the case.

He is best known as the creator of the Black Vault, a web site that houses thousands of UFO related documents obtained through FOIA from a wide variety of government agencies. He has been the master of ceremonies at many UFO conferences and symposiums in recent years and is one of the leaders in the UFO community.

He has spent several months investigating the AATIP program, some of the leaders of the AATIP program and the footage of UFOs taken by Navy fighter pilots. All this originated with the TV program Unidentified: Inside America’s UFO Investigation.

His book is Inside the Black Vault: The Government’s UFO Secrets Revealed. It takes us on a journey through the secret world of unidentified aerial phenomena that has plagued the government since the 1940s. Declassified records prove that UFOS are one of the most highly classified subjects. What makes the book interesting is the journey that John took in his efforts to retrieve the documents from various agencies using his expertise in FOIA.

Mike Rogers has worked in logging much of his life, even summers when he went to school. When he was 28, he had his own crew. In 1975, he had a 6-man crew, of which Travis Walton was a sawyer. A year after that well-known UFO encounter and Walton's apparent abduction, he started working with his father again, then went back to school for a time. In 1997, he was witness to the Phoenix Lights while standing on a hill near Prescott, Arizona. Before and after the Lights, he operated a domestic tree service business, which did very well.

Ever since witnessing the Phoenix Lights, he has conducted his own very thorough, 22-year, in-depth investigation into the Lights, discovering numerous never-before-known realities. Two years ago, he started speaking of these revelations, some are quite disturbing, even to hardened skeptics. His scientific abstract was published in the May issue of the MUFON Journal, endorsed by Astronomer, Hal Povenmire.
