Capt. Keith "Cappy" Plaskett has had a long, illustrious career in the armed forces, having served in many wars, including Vietnam and Iraq. He joined the military right out of school and took on some of the most dangerous assignments, including disposing mines and bombs, paratrooping and diving as a Navy "frogman." He later became a sea captain and served on missions to protect several U.S. Presidents. More recently, Capt. Keith taught classes on terrorism and bomb dismantling.
Besides his military background, Capt. Keith also has a great deal of experience with underwater excavations and archeology. He currently lives and works in Peru, finding and documenting underwater shipwreck dives. He is also collaborating with the Peruvian government to develop an underwater archeology program to help preserve their archaeological heritage.
And since his credentials have been questioned on a number of websites, let me say that I have a copy of his DD 214, various Masters Certificates and other documentation. I have found nothing to suggest that he has intentionally misrepresented himself or his record.

Adam Dew, you might say, is the force behind the Roswell Slides, which were initially claimed to show the body of an alien creature. Working with Don Schmitt and Tom Carey, the slides were slowly released to the world in a series of announcements and teases. This culminated in the BeWitness presentation in Mexico City on May 5, 2016. Literally within hours it was discovered that the image on the slides was that of a child who had died in the desert southwest several hundred years ago. The slides had been taken in a museum sometime prior to May 1947 which eliminated the Roswell crash as the source. It is now nearly universally accepted that the image of the slides is a mummy.

Dew has described himself this way. Quoting him, “I can shepherd any video project from outline to final product. The bulk of my work is in quick-turn on-site shooting/editing, sports marketing and corporate videos of all types and sizes.

“I also own VarsityTape.com which is Chicago-based, but helps high school athletes all across the country create high-end recruiting videos.”

Thomas Eddie Bullard was born in North Carolina in 1949 and developed an early interest in flying saucers thanks to Friday and Saturday nights at the movies, where he saw such classics as "Earth Versus the Flying Saucers". Sputnik inspired him to begin reading the newspapers and he no sooner started than the Levelland sightings piqued his curiosity. He began to read all the UFO publications he could find--Keyhoe's books, Dick Hall's "The UFO Evidence", Fate, Ray Palmer's Flying Saucers--and he eventually joined NICAP and APRO in the 1960s.
After spending his undergraduate years at the University of North Carolina, Bullard went to graduate school in Folklore at Indiana University, and wrote his dissertation on UFOs, completing his doctoral degree in 1982.

During his research he scanned a great many newspapers for reports of the 1896-97 airship and other pre-1947 sightings. He continued this work by traveling to state archives and began issuing collections of this material as The Airship File in 1982. When the Fund for UFO Research called for someone to catalogue and carry out a comparative study of abduction reports, he took on the job and completed "UFO Abductions--The Measure of a Mystery in 1987." The literature up to that time included some 300 reports, and comparisons demonstrated that reliable reports had many details of sequence and content in common.

Following up on this abduction research, Bullard published articles in the Journal of American Folklore, Journal of UFO Studies, IUR, the MUFON UFO Journal, and the 2000 MUFON Symposium, arguing that abduction reports maintain a surprising consistency. This sameness contrasts with folk narratives, urban legends, and products of fantasy, where narrators
readily exploit opportunities for variation in the subject material.

Bullard contributed several articles for the Abduction Study Conference held at MIT in 1992. One such article, treating a comparison of abduction investigators' findings, he later expanded into "The Sympathetic Ear", published by the Fund for UFO Research in 1995.

His ongoing interest in the historical and cultural aspects of UFOs led to an article in "UFOs and Abductions", edited by David M. Jacobs and published by the University Press of Kansas in 2000. He is currently working on a UFO book for the same press. Over the years he has served on the board of CUFOS and the advisory board of the Fund for UFO Research.

Michael Horn is the Authorized American Media Representative for Billy Meier, a reclusive man living in a rugged, rural area of Switzerland, who claims that his still ongoing UFO contacts with Plejaren extraterrestrial human beings began in 1942, when he was only five years old. Michael is the producer/director of the new Billy Meier documentary, "The Spiritual Teaching in Everyday Life", the writer/ producer/director of the award-winning new film, "And Did They Listen?", as well as the co-producer of the new documentary "as the time fulfills", which presents an abundance of ironclad, prophetically accurate scientific evidence that irrefutably authenticates the Billy Meier case.
