Since Michael Harrison, our normal Friday first hour guest, was out sick today, we did our best to replicate the fun and intensity of his visits by asking listeners to fill in and comment on the list of stories we would have been covering with Mr. Harrison. Those are, the intense media coverage of hurricanes like Florence, the gas explosions in Massachusetts, the bankrupt state of Connecticut borrowing $8.5M for a grocery store in the bankrupt city of Hartford, and a dog on death row in Guilford. Things went so well, we're thinking perhaps we should not invite Michael Harrison back next week (just kidding).
