An Afro-Latino native New Yorker, Jason Rosario has spent most of his life breaking down barriers and building up inclusive cultures. He is passionate about innovation and the power of creativity to drive change.

As Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer, Jason oversees diversity, equity and inclusion practices across BBDO Worldwide—the most awarded agency network in the world. In this role, he impacts agency diversity policy and plans, recruitment, retention, training, and education. He also influences the agency’s creative to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion, in the network, the industry, and in society at large.

Jason is an expert at helping brands identify and implement inclusive practices at the enterprise level, having worked with top clients including Netflix, Yahoo!, Spotify, and Huffington Post. Prior to joining BBDO, Jason worked for Verizon Media Group as Manager of Global Diversity & Inclusion and was the Executive Producer and Host of the Yahoo! News original web series “Dear Men.”

In 2017, he founded The Lives of Men, a social impact creative agency that explores themes around masculinity, mental health and culture. He has facilitated numerous workshops on allyship, psychological safety, race, and culture in partnership with organizations like ADCOLOR and the One Show.

Jason is a graduate of NYU’s Stern School of Business with prior experience in financial services. He sits on the board of Made of Millions, a non-profit organization changing the negative stigmas around mental health. In 2019 he was selected as one of Black Enterprise’s “BE Modern Men of Distinction.”

When he’s not working, Jason enjoys spending time with the people he holds closest and is an avid reader, music aficionado, and lover of menswear.

Gary Williams and Tamon George make up the DC-based creative agency, Creative Theory. They might have met as photographers but have since grown their business to where they now pick and chose creatives to work with. The two share their 1st lives as 9-5'ers and professional athletes and what put them on the entrepreneur path.

As VP of Global Business Development and Strategy at Citi, Corey actively collaborates with internal and externals partners in strategy development, deal structuring, negotiation, and project implementation.

Corey received his MBA from Howard University School of Business in Washington, DC, concentrating in International Business and Strategic Management. He’s a passionate global citizen with emerging market experience as a former Consulting Fellow with Africa Foresight Group. In his free time, Corey enjoys art on the weekends, staying active, travelling, and a good brunch.

Ronnie Dickerson Stewart is an award-winning talent, inclusion, and executive leadership  development consultant and the founder of OhHeyCoach, a Career Navigation and  Leadership Development Consultancy.

For over 17 years, she built her career in advertising and marketing, initially focusing on  media strategy and investment with Starcom, FCB/IPG, Burrell, and Digitas. In 2012,  while with Digitas, she pivoted to serve in a new area: Talent Engagement, DEI, and  People Development. From Digitas, she was promoted, and in 2020 matriculated to lead  at the Publicis Groupe holding company level as Chief Diversity Officer. At a critical time  during the global pandemic, she shifted to tech. She served as a DEI subject matter  expert and accelerator tasked with helping rapidly build Zoom’s first Diversity Equity &  Inclusion practice. Her mission was to intentionally advance product inclusion capabilities  across Zoom’s engineering, product development, and marketing functions (including  leading the launch of key Zoom product features and the development of Zoom’s first  Diversity Equity & Inclusion Report).

At heart, Ronnie’s passion and purpose are to ensure professionals are positioned to  experience the best careers of their lives, whether by helping to build healthier  organizations for them to serve in, or by supporting their most critical career navigation  needs. Through her consultancy, OhHeyCoach, from interns to C-Suite leaders, Ronnie  has coached, consulted, and mentored thousands of professionals across the advertising,  marketing, communications, PR, and Tech industries. Kayla Robinson is a director, writer and artist born in San Antonio, TX. After receiving her B.A. in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin, she began her career as an art director in New York and Silicon Valley developing award-winning ads and films for top brands like Apple and Snickers.

Passionate about capturing authentic human experiences, Kayla harnesses vulnerability as a superpower. Her first short film ‘Ball is Ball’, inspired by her own experience with sexual trauma, received high praise for its honest portrayal of PTSD in sexual assault survivors. Her latest film, ‘Quilted Education’, is a touching documentary short that celebrates her mother’s artistry and drive to keep Black History alive through quilting.

Adrian Octavius Walker is a mixed media artist/photographer whose work seeks to expand the canon surrounding the nuances of Black life through tenderness and grit. His fascination with the tangible is the driving force to expand his visual language through various materials. Walker’s passion lies in using his practice to platform critical discourse around the imagination in black nostalgia. His work cast questions that inspire the viewer to investigate their own biases and opportunities for community engagement. Adrian’s approach to both still photography and sculpture is rooted in his commitment to archiving Black stories for the future. Ultimately, Adrian Octavius Walker uses his practice as a space to discover, document, and reminisce about the cultural impact of Black life in America.

Originally from Mobile, Alabama, The South holds a special place in Akoua’s heart. Feeling destined to do more, Akoua attended Savannah College of Art and Design and earned her B.F.A, majoring in Advertising with a minor in Photography.

Ready to take on the industry, Akoua spent time at Goodbye, Silverstein & Partners, Matchstic and CNN before moving to the West coast for Google Brand Studio. During her 3 years at Google, Akoua was a key part and leader of many internal initiatives. Aside from being an invaluable member of the Brand Studio creative team as a Brand Identity Designer, she co-founded and co-led the Intersectionality Employee Resource Group within Brand Studio and also founded Coffee Chats - a mentorship program that aims to connect and support the next generation of Black designers in the industry.

Most recently she joined Cash App as a Senior designer on the Brand design team supporting Crypto.
