LIVE – WED., OCTOBER 6, 2021. This episode will feature inspirational music, positive inspirations, and AMY SINHA. Join us as Amy takes us through her journey of perseverance, desire, and unwillingness to give up on her dreams. This successful musician and voiceover coach experienced some rare medical conditions in her early years, being declared as being one out of only 5 children like her in the U.K. She had developed cataracts in both her eyes leaving her almost blind, and then diagnosed with a rare nerve condition which meant she was unable to feel hot, cold or superficial pain. Due to this nerve condition, she also developed Osteoarthritis leaving her almost wheelchair bound and caused her growth to stop completely at 11. The ongoing traumas of her early childhood inevitably played a major role in suppressing Amy’s confidence throughout her life, especially being so short during an age when all a child wants to do is “fit in”, and certainly not stand out because they looked so different. Determined, Amy attended Gorseinon College where she studied Music and Music Technology A-levels. Amy went on to graduate from Leeds College of Music with a BA (Hons) Degree in music specializing in Jazz, an achievement that she never dreamed was possible. Amy decided to explore something different, and embarked on a sidestep into voice overs. Since that decision, Amy has done voice over work for Radio, Corporate events, international voicemail, businesses, animation and most recently was cast as a newsreader for a short film during lockdown. She is a 29 year old Texas born makeup artist who would stop at nothing to reach her dreams. During an accident at birth, Ashleigh’s head was trapped while her body was pulled in the opposite direction. This left her having to navigate life from a wheelchair. Despite it all, the one thing she has always wanted to accomplish, was achieved. She is an esthetician, and feels she may be one of the only people in her situation in the field. And with that, she feels like she has a responsibility to be great, and feels “grateful”.

Because of this rare type of cancer, Jearlean's childhood included several reconstructive surgeries, lengthy hospital stays, and ongoing medical circumstances. As a result of cancer, she was forced to have two ostomy bags for the rest of her life. As a result of her struggles, journal writing would be the source of her internal healing. Pretty Girl Blues: An Autobiography is an intimate journey into Jearlean's life of being a survivor. Through her own journey of disappointments, heartbreaks, challenges and victories, she is confident that what she can rely on is the truth that the Father is alive in her. Today, she thrives, lives from this place of truth, and recovers from every challenge with increased clarity and passion. LaSaun holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Divinity; a Master's in Mental Health Counseling, completed some studies toward a PhD in Human Services, has completed her residency, and is now preparing to sit for licensure exam as a Licensed Professional Counselor. For over 15 years she has worked in the Human Services field trying to bring hope and wellness to those suffering with mental illness, trauma history, domestic violence, and substance abuse issues. LaSaun believes one of the most powerful tools we have in life is our voice. When we are silenced and not allowed the opportunity to express ourselves it can result in depression and anxiety. When individuals are in an empathetic atmosphere and feel honored, there is room for true healing to take place. LaSaun's primary goal is to use her voice, honor the voice of others and have them know “I hear you and I see you.”

She resides in Washington with her husband and their two mixed dachshunds, Tasha Bear and Oscar. She volunteers her time visiting with seniors who suffer from dementia and enjoys spending time with her son Jason. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in mass communications from Towson University, and at 24 years of age. In 2008 at the height of the financial housing crisis, Jeanne found herself suddenly unemployed with very little prospects and a young son to raise as a single mom. Soon after he taught himself to play the keyboard and eventually was able to play seven instruments. Hassanna is the Founder of Soul Journey Associates and it has been in existence since June 2012. It is a consulting business that provides information and practical tools about grief, loss, and pain that has caused injured souls for decades. “Soul Journey” provides helpful skills and education, to help an individual move into understanding the source of the unresolved pain and chopping it down one step at a time to become free altogether. In reflection, “The Gift”, recalls the day Hassanna rushed into the world. “Here she comes and there was no stopping her. She was bound to come into this world in a hurry. As her mother was panting in the backseat of a taxi cab car she never imagined that her baby girl would be born on the seat that morning. Her birth certificate states “in Route” not even the hospital name was listed”. This begins the moment of her truth and she is here to share “THE GIFT”, and the process of living with unresolved pain with us!
